Today has been a good day. I’ve gotten a lot of work done, surfed for three hours and after the yoga class a girl said I had “yoga glow”. Yoga is such a new thing to me and I’m struggeling with all the new moves, so it was fun to hear. Small things we just say to each other can light up ones whole day. We should really be more generous with throwing compliments at each other. .
Åh vad kul att du har “hittat” yogan. Jag är dessutom övertygad om att surf och yoga är bästa kombon. Siktar därför på en yoga/surf-resa till sommaren. Yay lixom!
