We had a great week! Really worth taking a cheap flight here,  stay in Las Palmas and not in the tourist complex down south. Or do that, if that’s what you want.. Bring your surfboard when it’s season, rent a car and go look for hidden waves. Take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Drink wine, eat

Left the grey and rain behind for something brighter and warmer; Las Palmas. Me, my sister and our friend Emma is spending a week in the Canary Island’s capital. So far super messy waves that just are closing. Perfect whitewater sessions for the beginners and a good warm up for me.

Our mother who art the ocean, hollow be thy waves, thy tempests come, their fetch be felt on earth as they sweep the seas. Give us this day our daily swell; and forgive us fading others as we forgive them dropping in on us. And lead us not onto Jet Skis but deliver us from
