What we collect on this website
This website itself does not create accounts or store personal information about you. When you book, you complete the booking on our booking platform, which handles your booking details and payment under its own privacy terms.
To understand how visitors use our website and whether our advertising works, we use cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Google Ads, provided by Google Ireland Limited. With these in place, Google may collect:
- • Cookie and device identifiers (such as a cookie ID) linked to your browser or device
- • Pages you view on this website and when
- • Whether you arrived via one of our ads, and clicks on our ads
- • Interaction events such as clicks on our “Book now” and “Check availability” buttons
Why: to measure the performance of our advertising, to attribute visits and enquiries to ad clicks, and to improve and optimise our ads. Recipient: Google (Google Ireland Limited, and its group companies and service providers), under Google’s own policies. We do not send this website your name, email address or other identifying details to Google, and we do not sell your data.

Other providers
Our booking platform (Bookinglayer) is a separate service: when you book, its privacy terms apply to the information you provide there. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts; font requests are visible to Google. We keep this policy aligned with what the site actually does and update it when that changes.
