So it was time for us to leave the little paradise we found on the Mexican pacific coast.. Kristy gave us a ride to the bus stop and a bus-shitforgotourswimwearontheclotheslineonthebeach-colectivo-bus-nightbus-taxi followed. Went to sleep in Acapulco and woke up in Puerto Escondido, traveling by night has worked fine for us in Mexico. You sort of “check in” your bags and get a receipt on them, put on your warmest clothes (because of the AC) and fold back your chair.
P.S: The bus lines we went with never charged extra for the boards.
