This week we will have a special guest coming to visit us! The yogi Laila Svensson from Shala Hala i Hallavara.
Thursday 25 february – saturday 27 February in week 8 we will get a lovely visit from Laila Svensson and she will hold a three day mini workshop here at Sunshinestories.
Laila is an experienced Hatha Yoga instructor from Sweden and she’s running her own Yoga Studio and Yoga school in southern Sweden between Torekov and Båstad. She is totally dedicated to yoga and are passionate about share yoga to all kind of people, ages, nationalities and gender.
It’s very special for us to have Laila here since she’s been a part of our trip in the way she always supported us. A lot of people from home just shaked their heads when we kept on traveling and looking back it was very important to have people cheering on you and telling you you’re doing the right thing!
Laila strive constantly to combine the commercial physical yoga with the authentic Eastern philosophy. Yoga with Laila ‘s funny, spiritual and challenging. In beginning of 2016 Laila will do her third backpacking trip to India, where yoga has its genuine origin. During that trip Laila will come and visit Sunshine Stories so we can enjoy and participate Laila´s Yoga. So make sure you are there. See you on the mat. Namasté
