Went up to Bjäre over the 1st of May weekend. Weather was amazingly sunny! Rapsfälten are super colorful now covering what must be like half of Skåne. Very picturesque. Love them! My grandmother turned 87 on the first of May. She didn’t want to be congratulated because she just came home from a week of travelling
Went up to Bjäre over the weekend. Had a photo assignment at the “Skördefest” aka Farmers autumn market in Båstad. It was a nice market. Here’s some photos. At the evening we had a band playing at the restaurant so I and the girls had lots to do. Last weekend in september and the place
Petter had the day off from the restaurant and we decided to do nothing that had with work to do and just enjoy the day. We cruised around Torekov on our bikes and then we took the car in to Båstad’s Skatepark. The sun was with us all the day. Free days are the best days!
The island is Hallands Väderö and is just outside of Torekov. It’s a very special place with a unique fauna and a long history. It actually belongs to the Swedish s´church who got it back as a gift from Denmark hundreds of years ago. This late afternoon was the first time on the island for
Went out in the woods. Doesn’t get greener than this. And the air is so nice to breathe right now. Everything is awakening, birds, ants, trees, and us.
A weekend at home. Photos from my iphone. Linn and I went out in the woods to eat some leaves. I doesn’t get greener than this. Thewa and I took a walk in the sunset. The light is so strong at this time of the year. Found two cute chairs on a second hand market.
Repost from the restaurants blog.. This weekend we picked the first early produce and had a big food happening of it at the restaurant. Took the first image to illustrate the chef’s from the different restaurants being locked up in the barn this winter, now getting released to go cook their food on the locally produced vegetables again.
Went home to Bjäre for a few days to shoot some farmers putting their potatoes in the ground. It was interesting. I had ride one turn in every farmers tractor so that they’d get to know me before I could take the pictures. O course they knew my family and told stories about my grandparents
I went home. From full on city life with strong winds and barely any snow left to cold, snowy, quiet and empty street an hour an twenty minutes drive north. Torekov. Just a few people wandering around enjoying the day and the breathtaking light. It sound a little cheesy, but this is definitely the most beautiful place I know
