Found the cocktailbar Bitters & Love on Trip Advisor where they rank high of restaurants in Singapore. Stoked when I realized they were on the other side of the park from our hotel. There’s just a small, stylish postbox to witness about their existence, the cocktailbar lies behind the Shoebox Canteen restaurant. Their concept is custom made cocktails from a taste of your preference, like sour, sweet, bitter etc, or from your favorite base spirit. The skilled bartender then makes you a both beautiful and delicious cocktail especially for you
Petter ordered something sour with gin and kiwi
And I ordered something sweet, of course.. Little did I know that they were going to put it on fire before serving it..
The end result.. Soo good!
Then we tried two from their menu. One super nice with passion fruit, can’t remember the name..
And the Kaya toast.. Yes, a drink with a toast. Reminded us of our breakfast on Borneo where we always had kaya jam, a type of coconut jam, on our toast.
Yes, we also looked like this after visitng 🙂
