Accommodation, Mexico, Restaurants

Zihua

Zihuatanejo was a weird town. Like a ghost town, hardly no people and closed restaurants and shops. The few people we met was 65 + and we didn’t meet any people our age. Add to that a food poisoning that made me and Petter beaten for three days.. We found a nice hotel though, can’t remember the name but it was on Calle Mangos 25. Super clean rooms with hot water and wifi for 275 pesos. It was in the middle of the food market and the local buzz far away from the tourist vibe. When we hot better took a few walks there and had a great Mexico small-city-experience. A lot of cities are like this, colorful, culinary with a super friendly vibe. As far away as you can get from the picture media feed you with at home. Big like!
