Repost from the restaurants blog.. This weekend we picked the first early produce and had a big food happening of it at the restaurant. Took the first image to illustrate the chef’s from the different restaurants being locked up in the barn this winter, now getting released to go cook their food on the locally produced vegetables again.
Went home to Bjäre for a few days to shoot some farmers putting their potatoes in the ground. It was interesting. I had ride one turn in every farmers tractor so that they’d get to know me before I could take the pictures. O course they knew my family and told stories about my grandparents
