When Petter and I got a mail from Rudolph, an awesome dude who we met in Mdumbi, saying that a cool band was playing in Kirstenbosh Botanical Gardens we drove directly from a wine tasting at Groote Post in Darling to Capetown. We were told to bring a picnic, but after getting lost along the road we arrived so late that we didn’t have the time to get a proper one. Cheap potato crisps, bananas and very good wine was all we got.
Rudolph picked us up in Woodstock and we drove to the botanical gardens. While unpacking the car we found out that he was better prepared than us. He had brought beers and fantastic baguettes to everyone!
Mhmhmh, we drank cold beer and listened to cool music. Click here if you wanna hear a popular afrikaans band.
After the show was over we strolled in the gardens and then Rudolph drove us up to Signal Hill, close to Lion’s Head, and we watched an amazing view!
Thank you Rudolph for one of the best nights we had in South Africa!
SOOOOOOOMMAAAAAARRRR!!!!
