uda walawe

back to some moments from our great sri lanka trip. here a safari in the uda walawe national park. nothing really compared to our african safari last year when we saw the big five on one game drive and slept in old armytents in the bush with wild animals screaming around us. but this trip was special in its own way cuz we did it together with anne and vic (our dutch mum & dad) who during the day turned out te become really good freinds of ours. we rented our private land rover and went to the park before sunrise, once there we got the whole park with hundreds of elephants and thousands of beautiful peacocks for ourselfes for the whole morning. just being in the bush is such t an amazing feeling..
