We took two taxis and a bus from Costa Rica to reach Mark & Dave’s in Nicaragua. It was a detour for us but it was so worth going a bit north again to hook up with these guys. Margaret and Matt who owns and runs Bing Surfboards had gathered a group of people who was gonna spend a week together in a house on a beach in Nicaragua. When we reached Mark & Dave’s villa we got greeted by surfers from the great lake of Michigan, a sergeant from Cali, a young promising surfer pro and a bunch of other interesting people. It was in the air that this was gonna be a great week.
Margaret had packed x kilos with stuff to us from various sources, it felt like Christmas.
