At the moment I’m sitting in rainy Sweden and looking back at all these photos from Nicaragua makes me.. Longing for vacation again? The week at Mark & Daves in Nicaragua was like a vacation from the vacation. A house on the beach with unlimited beer, unlimited surfboards and unlimited friends.
We saw a video of a perfect beach break somewhere in Costa Rica. Since then we have been looking for it, and by the help of fellow travelers and surfers we thought we knew where it was. And it must be, right here. And it’s just as good, just as beautiful and just as awesome.
One morning we saw something break further down the beach, it looked perfect and there where no one surfing there. We decided to go try it out and of course we didn’t tell anyone. Wooohaaaa it was practically a wave that turned in to a barrel right away and barrelling all the way to the

No one really knows what color it is, it’s like a cameleont, sometimes it’s vintage golden, sometimes it’s yellow peach and sometimes it’s something else. When i surf it it’s yellowish, but when Linn surf it is always pink
Linn named her dog malibu after this beach so it was pretty cool to drive down and check it out. It’s super famous for being the most perfect longboarding wave in the world. Now one of our stickers are stuck on one of the trash cans, yey!
