Here’s a bunch of photos from our last week in Malmö. It was hectic to get our last exams done. Now they are. Had a coffe at our favourite ecologic café, Chez Madame. Met up with Jens Lennartsson, aka The Zen Photographer. He’s also a travel photographer with loads of interesting projects and exhibitions going on.

adios las palmas
We had a great week! Really worth taking a cheap flight here, stay in Las Palmas and not in the tourist complex down south. Or do that, if that’s what you want.. Bring your surfboard when it’s season, rent a car and go look for hidden waves. Take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Drink wine, eat

The sea here is either wild as a tiger or calm as a kitten. On low tide the reef makes natural pools perfect for practice paddling, duck dives and enjoying life. One afternoon we went out with the gopro. It’s cool how city and sea floats together here at Las Canteras.

waves of las canteras
Las Canteras is a 4 km long beach and the city’s waterhole, luckily my aunt’s apartment is just next to it. Most of the beach is protected from the waves by a reef, but in the corner the waves are breaking. We walked here everyday and it was always a surprise to see how the waves looked. Sunna and I
